About the program

What is the incubator?

The Incubator is Go Business’ program for entrepreneurs who are ready to fully commit to their business. You have already made some progress and started to understand your market. Moreover, you have realized that success requires not only determination but also structure, time, and perseverance.

In the Incubator, you work in-depth with your entrepreneurship and gain the tools needed to scale up your business, move forward, and achieve your business goals. You will grow alongside other dedicated entrepreneurs and receive support from Go Business’ business developers. You will learn about business development and idea generation, gain effective tools to develop your business, and receive coaching on how to reach your goals and visions.

Who is it for?

Go Business exists for those who want to make a living from their passion here in northern Sweden and develop as entrepreneurs. The Incubator is for those who run their own business, want to move forward, and are based in Norrbotten or Västerbotten.

You have the ideas, expertise, and drive—we help you scale up, strengthen your business, expand your network, and find ways forward. You have already made progress and started to understand your market. Moreover, you know that achieving results requires more than just motivation—it takes structure, time, and persistence.

My Bergström and Lisa Hellmér run Pensionatet in Piteå and participated in the Go Business Incubator program during the fall of 2020.

What is included in the offer?

You do the work – we provide coaching, effective business development tools, networking, and inspiration. The Incubator program includes:

• A digital lecture and workshop series
• Regular coaching sessions and business development with your business developer
• Invitations to networking events and lectures
• Online meetings together with the Hangout group
• An inclusive community with current and former Go Business participants and our business partners who inspire and collaborate.

You can also expect invitations to many other exciting events and additional lectures!

What does it cost?

You invest with your own time and commitment. The program is free of charge for participants and is funded by theEuropeiska regionala utvecklingsfonden, Piteå Science Park, Region Norrbotten, Region Västerbotten, Sparbanken Nord, Luleå kommun, Piteå kommun, Skellefteå kommun, Boden Business Park, Övertorneå kommun, Jokkmokks kommun, Vilhelmina kommun och Kalix kommun.

Fall 2025 program

Go In – September 16, 09:00–14:00

How does your company contribute to a better world? In this first session, you will reflect on your values, explore and define your why, and map out your current situation, vision, and action plan together with the other participants in the program.

Go Brand – September 30, 09:00–12:00

A strong brand is the cornerstone of every successful business – especially in a digital era where everything is about capturing your audience on their terms. Dive into how to build a strong brand and attract your desired target group.

Go Box – October 14, 09:00–12:00

How can you price your service or product in a way that is both profitable and sustainable—for yourself and your business? In this lecture and workshop, we will explore different perspectives on pricing and strategies that support both financial sustainability and your own wellbeing.

Go Viral – October 21, 09:30–11:30

How can you create an authentic flow that sparks interest and engagement among your followers? What kind of posts should your company share, and why? How do you find your unique tone of voice, and what value do you want to provide to your followers/customers? Here, you’ll get hands-on tips on how to start shaping your company’s digital strategy.

Go Prompt – October 21, 13:00–13:50

Learn the basics of collaborating with AI to create engaging content. What makes a good prompt, how do you get relevant answers, and how can you use AI in your daily marketing and communication work? We’ll dive deeper into AI and explore how it can be used as a tool in your creative process to save time, sharpen your message, and generate new ideas that strengthen your entrepreneurship.

Go Sales – November 4, 09:00–12:00

How do you sell your products or services? What are your key selling points? How do you reach new customers? What are your sales channels? Take part in tips and tricks to boost your sales.

Go Pitch – November 18, 09:00–15:00

Sell yourself with confidence! Practice pitching, making your case, and presenting with finesse. A full-day digital workshop.

Level Up – December 2

Level Up is the final step of the Go Business incubator program. Here, you will present your business and share a challenge you are currently facing with an external expert panel. You’ll receive valuable feedback on your challenge and gain new perspectives on your business.
